Cari Dominguez

Recognized as one of the "80 Elite Hispanic Women", and one of the "100 Most Influential Hispanics in the Country", Cari M. Dominguez recently completed her five year term as Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. This marks the second time she has been Presidentially appointed to serve at the highest levels of public policymaking, having served at the Department of Labor as Assistant Secretary and as Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs during a previous administration. In that capacity, she led and launched the Department's "glass ceiling initiative" designed to remove artificial barriers from the workplace. She currently serves as principal of Dominguez & Associates, a management consulting firm providing services to Fortune 500 clients.
