1975 Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Matthew Lewis captures the best and worst of American life including the Civil Rights era. As a freelance and Washington Post photographer, Lewis captured President Kennedy's funeral, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and the March on Washington. He now calls Thomasville home and looks forward to documenting his family's four generations of photographers.
