Blueberries are full of antioxidants, are delicious to eat, but can be very hard to grow in most of Minnesota. Host Mary Holm travels to Parkers Prairie to visit with Lewis Struthers who has grown blueberries for years. He offers advice on how to prepare the soil before planting and gives care tips to be able to grow these wonderful berries for a great harvest.
