This week features a special debate about U.S. policy toward Cuba. President Obama made a historic trip to Cuba, and he called for an end of the U.S. embargo and for Cuba to guarantee the rights of speech, press, religion and voting. Back home the visit was not universally praised with republican presidential candidates Donald Trump and Ted Cruz among the critics.
