UW-Madison Economics Professor Noah Williams lends insight to how much Wisconsin has recovered nearly a decade since the Great Recession. He says the state should expect greater economic recovery from places that were hit the hardest. Williams says part of this narrowing of the gap is due to urban migration since the recession.
