Lean In: Women and Achievement

Women around the world are forming peer groups called “Lean In” Circles. The term comes from a book, written by Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, entitled “Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead.” More than a literary piece, the book has spawned a global movement.
