Boosters critical to keeping long-term care centers safe

More than 8,500 staff and residents at long-term care centers in New Jersey have died due to COVID-19. Now residents and staff are rolling up their sleeves for a booster dose of vaccine that's considered critical in keeping high-risk adults from getting infected. New Jersey’s long-term care ombudsman says that vaccine booster shots are also critical in keeping facilities open.
