Migrants across Mediterranean face uncertainty, Mafia

As summer arrives, thousands of migrants are embarking upon perilous Mediterranean crossings to get to Europe. In Sicily, authorities attempting to deal with the influx discovered a four-billion-dollar ruse: a migrant reception center that turned out to be a front for powerful Mafia families.
