Remnants of Hurricane Ida heading to New Jersey

After devastating Louisiana, the remnants of Hurricane Ida are heading to the Garden State. The storm -- now a tropical depression -- is expected to hit Wednesday, leaving behind anywhere from three to six inches of rain. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for most of the state.
