We take a look at the journalist-turned-Republican candidate who scored an upset victory over the city's Democratic machine and was elected to Congress in 1966. His daughter Nancy, now a producer for CNN's 'State of the Union,' and Times Union writer and historian Paul Grondahl look back at the remarkable upset.
