Helene An fled her country in 1975; the story of how she and her daughters created the famous Crustacean Restaurant in Beverly Hills and have been inducted into the Smithsonian for being one of the 1st to bring Vietnamese cuisine to America. Tam Nguyen's dad was a Naval Officer and left Saigon with no money or possessions and created a Beauty College ranked number one in the nation.
