Wrestling coach Jason Marasco is one of several plaintiffs — most of them teachers — who sued Monday over New Jersey's COVID-19 testing mandate and made their case before a crowd of some 500 supporters at a Trenton rally against Gov. Phil Murphy’s COVID-19 vaccination and testing orders. The lawsuit argues that New Jersey’s testing requirement is unconstitutional under the 4th and 14th amendments.
