In 1995 Dr. Al Sacco Jr. experienced something few men and women around the world ever will. He saw the Earth from space. Aboard the Columbia, a shuttle that would meet its demise in 2003 killing all seven on board, Dr. Sacco accomplished his life dream of becoming an astronaut. On this Inside Texas Tech, he talks about what goes into being an astronaut.
