Capitol Investment/Bonding Bill (January 26, 2017)

Clip: Season 37 Episode 4 | 9m 38sVideo has Closed Captions

Infrastructure (road and bridges) needs updating and there are a lot of important projects that can't be put off. There were also a lot of matching funds that were missed out on because nothing was passed last year. The bill this year encompasses a lot of general obligation items: Infrastructure and transportation.
