Attach the plastic boxes to the broom handle and make holes in the box for the search coil wires and the wiring for the battery. Fit the electronics into the box closest to the search coil. This should be about 15-20 cm from the coil. Then wire the search coil in to the circuit board as shown (a and b). Wire in the small 1mH coil into the circuit board and fix in place using string (or cable ties) onto one of the inside walls of the box. Finally, wire in from the battery box into the circuit board. The electronics are now complete and you need to try it out!
