Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found guilty of all 30 charges relating to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three people and wounded more than 260. With multiple counts punishable by death, the next phase of the trial will decide whether Tsarnaev should receive the death penalty.
