Unique and exciting and interesting having to duplicate a chef's dish.
What did you prepare today?
A phyllo dough encrusted Dover sole a top mashed potatoes with Beurre blanc sauce.
How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?
I think I did OK and wish I could have timed myself better.
What was the highlight of the day's events?
Being 86'd.
Are there any lessons you took away from today?
Yes, to make my food better.

To make my food come out better and on time.
