What did you think of today's challenge?
It seemed like an easy task but it wasn't like that.
What did you prepare today?
Phyllo crusted Dover sole with beurre blanc mustard crab mashed potatoes and green beans.
How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?
I did bad, I should pay more attention next time.
What was the highlight of the day's events?
Frenchi complaining to Mikey Mina about the fish being salty.
Are there any lessons you took away from today?
Be mo' humble!!

That I am very cocky and should know that I have so much to learn.
