(upbeat accordion music) - Almost all the interior shots are shot at Ealing Studios back in England.
- Every time you tell anybody that they're in two completely different places in the world, the exteriors and the interiors, people are always amazed.
- So we have our construction team in Corfu service the filming unit, the same time, building our UK sets.
- [Christopher] We have sophisticated photographs of the view out of the door.
- [Neil] And we tend to use a lot of foliage and trees in the studio to sort of give an impression that out there, beyond the studio floor is Corfu.
- How am I going to be Lugaretzia in Ealing.
It's not just the physical house that they have recreated, it's the light as the light streams in.
- For an early morning for example, we might try and poke sun into the building a bit more and use flare a bit more, and we'll change the colors of the lights a little bit with gels.
- You have a script supervisor on set the whole time who makes very detailed notes and takes pictures of what the actors look like, what they were carrying, the way they walked in.
- My hair needs to be the exact same, my costume needs to be exactly the same.
If my tie was slightly up, it needs to be slightly up.
- It's a matter of weeks, sometimes months in between the shots.
- For the audience, it's just the seconds.
