(upbeat music) - Eurovision, as in the song contest?
- Eurovision is a big singing competition.
- That is all of Europe, so England will have an entry, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland will have an entry, Bulgaria will have an entry.
- And they compete, singing a song, all on the same night.
- Loads and loads of people, from different countries, getting together, to create a song that reflects them, and their cultural identity.
It doesn't always come out that well.
- And they all do these cheesy pop songs, and eventually someone's the winner.
And it's ridiculous.
- (laughs) It's the campest show you'll ever see, it's brilliant.
- To this day, I've never understood it myself.
I really, I cannot process it.
When I watch it, the springs come out my head.
I don't get it.
I don't understand it, but it's very popular.
