(laughs) I don't want her to do anything cruel, but she's had a pretty rough time of it in Series 1.
I hope she finds some happiness and she gets the recognition she deserves.
As a Forsyte woman, you're expected to shine.
- I hope I have more scenes with Frances, actually.
I've really, really loved working with Tuppence, and I hope they have a kind of girl power moment and just clash back at the men that have been horrible to them.
I absolutely love my Joshua, but I hope Soames and Irene work something out.
I just hope she finds some sort of happiness and contentedness.
- Essentially, the character is who the character is, so unfortunately, my hopes don't really come into it.
He's heading in the direction that he's heading in, and there's nothing I can really do to stop it.
It's a bit of a runaway train, unfortunately.
- Obviously, I'm rooting for her and Jolyon.
I hope that there's this really kind of wonderful love story there, that they get to be a family, that they get to experience that happiness together.
I'm intrigued.
I'm intrigued to see what Debbie will do.

In Season 2, I hope he follows his heart and I hope he finds what he's looking for.
I hope Jo is happy with Louisa and I hope he enjoys the relationship he finally worked so hard to get.
- Watching his son do the thing that he wants to do, follow his artistic path rather than the thing that he's supposed to do will have a massive effect on my character.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how June grows, with all of the things that life is gonna throw at her.
I think she's got the possibility of being quite a strong, determined woman.
We're gonna see the fire of June come out a lot more, and I'm excited for that.

There is a huge plot point that's to do with- - More than it was for you.
- A big, big secret in James' past, which is alluded to as we reach the end of Season 1, and which, as and when it gets revealed, will be something of a neutron bomb in his and everyone else's lives.
