Lightning Round with the Cast

(bright music) - I get through a filming day on hot, sweet tea.

- I would choose coffee, but it does make me incredibly anxious, but it's kind of worth it sometimes.

- If I'm tired, I'll have a coffee, but it has to be a child's coffee, yeah.

- She has to have about 75 sugars in her coffee.

- Yeah, and lots of milk and a weak coffee and I'm- - So babycino essentially.

- A babycino.

(upbeat music) - There's so many of them around at the minute.

But I do love a true crime podcasts and stuff.

- I find it fascinating watching the investigative process in real life.

I love it in books, but when it's real life, I find it incredibly gripping.

- Sometimes it is amazing what people do in real life when they're desperate.

It's stranger than fiction, really, real life.

(upbeat music) An interrogation without question.

- For me, surveillance.

- Yeah, mine would be an interrogation.

I don't have the patience for surveillance.

- And mine would be leading an interrogation.

Yeah, it's just more fun.

It's a bit more heated.

(upbeat music) - Yeah, an action-packed chase 'cause I'm a really good runner.

I think that you all agree.

- She likes to run.

Last series, she ran a lot.

- A lot of running.

This series I'm running some more so 'cause they liked it, 'cause I'd run a bit like Tom Cruise.

(all chuckle) What are you laughing for?

It's true.

It's absolutely true.

- I can't remember the question after that.

(upbeat music) That's such a difficult thing to answer.

I love both the quiet countryside and I love a bustling busy city.

I'm not choosing between the two.

- I refuse the game.

- Yeah.

(upbeat music) - Hosting.

I love cooking and yeah, I think it's really fun having people around for dinner.

- Yeah, but isn't your fellow a chef?

- I mean, someone else does the cooking.

(all laugh) But it's really nice to (indistinct).

- Yeah, I'd host as well.

I love cooking also, but I'm also a really good cook.

- Yeah, she, yeah... All we hear about is how good Jo's cooking is.

- I'm not a great cook, but I love to entertain and I love to feed people and I make a house look lovely.

Lighting candles and nice napkins.

So I'm going to propose that I host and Jo cooks.

- There you go.

- In there.

Yeah, yeah.

- I would normally say hosting, but I'm gonna say guest because this sounds great.

(all chuckle) (upbeat music) Oh, murder club hands down.

Way more fun.

- I think it's murder club as well.

I think that would be exciting and intriguing.

- Yeah, murder club no doubt.

- Murder Club.

We're "The Marlow Murder Club".

- Yeah.

- Imagine we'd been "Marlow Book Club".

Very different series.
