Kate Phillips (Peaky Blinders) is the headstrong Miss Scarlet. The cast also includes Tom Durant-Pritchard as Detective Inspector Alexander Blake and Cathy Belton (Philomena) as Ivy, housekeeper and mother figure to Eliza.
