Curiosity has beamed back stunning images of Mars’s surface, but now the NASA rover has turned its eyes skyward, recording the overhead passage of Phobos, the larger of the red planet’s two moons. NASA took a series of 86 images from the navigation camera captured over the course of 27 minutes and assembled them into a brief 14-second clip. You’ll have to look closely, though—Phobos is nowhere near as prominent as our moon. In this video, it’s a small pinpoint of light hustling across the frame.
