Testified against McVeigh in the trial, but was not punished for knowledge of the crime. Terry Nichols: Former Army buddy and friend of McVeigh's. Convicted of conspiracy and manslaughter of 8 federal officers in a 1997 federal trial in Denver. Received life sentence. Now faces trial on 160 state counts of capital murder in Oklahoma. Faces state death penalty if convicted. Marife Nichols: Filipino wife of Terry, not implicated in plot. James Nichols: Brother of Terry. Although initially arrested by FBI, not believed to have been involved in bombing. No charges filed against him. Amber McLaughlin, Bob Wyatt, Rob Nigh, James Hankins, Scott Anderson, etc. Various members of McVeigh original defense team under lead attorney Stephen Jones. Bob Miller aka Robert Moore: Moore is real name. Miller is name used at gun shows. Former acquaintance of McVeigh's who was later robbed of thousands of dollars of guns, gold and silver.
