Kevin De Liban

Kevin De Liban is a lawyer and the founder of TechTonic Justice, a newly launched nonprofit to fight alongside low-income people harmed by artificial intelligence. Previously, Kevin worked for 13 years at Legal Aid of Arkansas, where he represented over 1,800 low-income residents in matters involving healthcare, workers’ rights, public benefits, special education, and domestic violence. While there, he successfully sued the Department of Human Services on behalf of three disabled clients over their loss of home-based Medicaid services.
