Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin and other legislators toured a food bank in Neptune as Coughlin continues his fight against what has become a marquee issue for him -- food insecurity.
According to a survey, of the 419,000 students attending college in New Jersey, about one-third, or 139,000, are food insecure. Among community college students, 42 percent are facing hunger.
