And when Sid and I ended our association, Sid went to work with George Burns and he worked for Burns for about seven or eight years and then, he finally handed in his notice to George\u2019s brother Willy and Willy said, \u201cGeorge is gonna want to talk to you.\u201d So when he talked to George, George said, \u201cSit down Sid. I understand you\u2019re leaving.\u201d And he said, \u201cYes I am George.\u201d And he said, \u201cYou know, Gracie and I love you as a son.\u201d And Sid who had a very low tolerance for any sentimentality, he, he, his eyes went to the floor. And George said, \u201cThe son we never had.\u201d He said, \u201cIt\u2019s not like someone\u2019s leaving the staff. It\u2019s like someone\u2019s running away from home.
