U.N. Declares Clean and Healthy Environment a Universal Human Right

Among a flurry of major climate news stories last week, one really big one failed to make front page news. The United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution declaring that access to a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment is a universal human right.
