Here you will find excerpts from the panel discussion, Where We Stand: America\u2019s Schools in the 21st Century. Panelists include Judy Woodruff, Roy Romer, Michael Flanagan, Billy Cannaday, Andreas Schleicher and Kim Oliver. <\/p>\n
