Bob Squier

    Robert (Bob) Squier is a documentary film maker who entered politics in 1968 to handle television for the Presidential campaign of Hubert Humphrey. The following year he founded a political consulting firm that has worked in hundreds of campaigns for Democratic candidates in the United States and political parties in seven other countries. His clients have included Joe Biden, George Mitchell, Paul Simon, Gary Hart, and Anne Richards.

In 1992, he and his firm worked with the Clinton/Gore Creative Team. In 1996, his firm served as the Clinton/Gore Creative Team and produced all the advertising for the campaign.

As a film maker, Squier is producing and directing a series of documentaries on American authors. He has already completed award-winning films on Herman Melville and William Faulkner and he is now finishing documentaries on Ernest Hemingway and F. Scott Fitzgerald. He is a member of the Director's Guild of America.
