In World War II, Soviet writer Vasily Grossman was a war correspondent reporting from the frontlines when his mother—and all the other Jewish residents in his hometown—were killed by the Nazis. 

From legendary filmmaker Frederick Wiseman, starring acclaimed French actress Catherine Samie and based from a novel by Grossman. THE LAST LETTER is a stunning personal testament to the memory of the Holocaust.
