Debriefing after activity: This problem is difficult because we assume that we can only draw lines within the perimeter created by the dots. But by freeing up our minds, we can see how to correctly solve the puzzle. This is analogous to jazz music because jazz musicians thought "outside the box" about what could happen musically and it was shocking and surprising to society at first, because it just never even occurred to them to try music in that way.
