LIVE BY REQUEST
About the Show

LIVE BY REQUEST is a live superstar concert event that redefines the music television experience and is controlled by fan interaction. It is the only television program where viewers create the artist 's set list and have the chance to personally talk to their music idol.

LIVE BY REQUEST fully engages viewers across multiple media platforms, taking requests via phone call, email, Twitter, Facebook and Skype.

LIVE BY REQUEST achieved critical and commercial success, airing from 1996-2004, while becoming one of the longest running live music series in broadcast history. During its eight-year run, LIVE BY REQUEST featured top musical guests in live performance representing a wide variety of musical genres, including Tony Bennett, Elton John, John Mellencamp, David Bowie, Gloria Estefan and Neil Diamond, among others. Tony Bennett, who appeared in the Emmy Award-winning series' premiere episode, is credited for the show's creative concept.
