Please join the KCTS 9 and the North Cascades Institute for a preview of the exciting new Ken Burns film The National Parks: America’s Best Idea premiering on Sunday, September 27th. We’ll be sharing an advance preview specially produced by Burns, The National Parks: This is America, featuring exclusive stories, new music and spectacular footage from the series. Superintendent Chip Jenkins of North Cascades National Park will give us a behind-the-scenes look at the making of it and Saul Weisberg, North Cascades Institute, will share stunning new photos of unique educational programs taking place in the park.
