9. ADD A POST As you are reading through the topics, there will be topics you want to comment on. You should take a minute and read through all of the posts in that topic before you add your post. If you think your comment is really the start of a new topic, and not a continuation of the same one, you can instead create a new topic. Step 1 Select a title for your post. Enter it in the field marked "Message Subject". This title will be displayed throughout the dialogue to reference this post. Step 2 Type your message into the field marked "Message". If you are responding to something specific in the topic, you might mention this to give your post some context. Keep in mind that you cannot make the post any longer than 2,000 characters. (That's about four average size paragraphs.) Remember, you are always free to post more later and to comment on your group members' replies. Step 3 Click on "Post to Topic". Your message will be posted immediately. Your post will be numbered, and it will be displayed along with the time and date you submitted it and a link to your bio. You will have the option to review your post and make changes. You will also have the option to delete it. Once you have left this page, however, you will not be able to go back at a later date to make changes or delete.
