Ribbed Dome with Glass Panels
Even with glass panels, the plants in this type of greenhouse will wilt from lack of sunlight!

Ribbed dome + Glass = Caution

The Char County Botanical Garden wants a large, low dome to cover its garden. Glass will allow sunlight to reach the plants, but unfortunately, glass is also a very heavy material. In order to support the heavy glass panels in a low dome, you must make the steel arches in your dome very thick. You will also have to wrap steel rings around the dome to prevent it from thrusting outward. The more rings and arches you have, the less light the plants will receive.

Your greenhouse needs all the light it can get. Try a different dome option.
