How do you know the continents are still moving? (Just because somebody
tells you something, or because you read it somewhere, doesn't mean it's
true.)
  
Think about what evidence you might have that the continents are still moving.
Well, for the most part, you can't feel them moving underneath you or
see them moving, or even hear any crunching and grinding sounds
they might make if they moved. So how would you know they are still moving?
  
What if there were a way to measure movement? Would that convince
