Tandoori-Inspired Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Toast the curry powder with the canola oil for 2 minutes over low heat.
  2. Mix the curry powder, yogurt, siracha, lemon juice and salt in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.
  3. Add the wings to the marinade and let sit overnight or up to 24 hours.
  4. Grill chicken, preferably over hardwood or coals and serve with sliced lemon wedges.
