How Do You Imagine God?
God in America and USA WEEKEND Magazine are partnering to explore Americans' images of God.

How do you imagine God? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator At fifty two I don't imagine much anymore. The mystery, the magic and the wonder of life has all but gone out of my life, I'm just surviving. But I see God or should I say I imagine God as personified energy that is connected to all that is living, be it human or animal, or the smallest microscopic particle that has life. Somehow he is connected to it all, and to various degrees he is involved in their life. Although I cannot explain this mystery nor do I care to understand it. It just what I imagine.

My Beliefs

My most powerful moment of belief was ... your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator I have none, it has always been an intellectual thing to me. Believing in God has always made sense to me.

The only thing that I am truly certain of Is that I am alive and that I will die. There is no voices,I have no dreams,I see no visions, but I still believe.

I was raised as ... your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator My parents did not raised me to be any particular religion,but they did not oppose me from going to various churches either.

Are your beliefs or practices different from your parents? If so, how and why? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator Yes,my parents did not go to church,read the bible,pray or do anything spiritual. My dad may have gone to church when he was younger,but the last time he went to church he had a bad experience and swore he would not step his foot inside another church. My mom would say she believe in God but did not see the need to go to church,today I believe people would say I am spiritual but religious.
