Summary : As schools across the country resume, parents and educators are debating the relative merits of at-home and in-class learning. But what do the students themselves think? Here are students’ perspectives, in their own words.

Have your students identify the 5Ws and an H:
- Who is the story about?
- What is important about these students and their experience?
- When and where is this happening?
- Why is this a strange experience, according to the students?
- How have students tried to adapt?

Then have students share with the class or through a Learning Management System (LMS). 2. Focus question: What has surprised you most about your own back-to-school experience this year? Why? 3.
