On this week's Washington Week:
Former President Trump’s mounting legal and political challenges: Two of the four criminal investigations into former President Donald Trump gained momentum this week. On Friday, a defense attorney for Trump is scheduled to testify before the grand jury investigating classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago home. It comes amid speculation that Trump could soon be indicted – in what would be a first for a former president - by the office of the Manhattan District Attorney for alleged hush money payments to an adult-film star during the 2016 presidential campaign.
And after months of taunting from Trump, likely 2024 contender Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, criticized the former president and his legal troubles for the first time.
