John Kasich, the last man standing against Donald J. Trump in the Republican primary race, officially suspended his presidential campaign Wednesday, making the New York businessman the presumptive Republican nominee. "As I suspend by campaign today, I have renewed faith, deeper faith, that the Lord will show me the way forward and fulfill the purpose of my life," Kasich said in his home state Ohio.
