What did you prepare today?
Fennel pear salad with Roquefort and endive; prawn and corn with avocado; mushroom goat cheese tart with arugula salad.
How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?
I did OK. Scale one through ten: six. I wish I had cooked something more intense but 45 minutes goes so fast!

Winning with the ladies again!
Are there any lessons you took away from today?
The wine tasting was great. Pairing is a great skill to have.

They liked my pairings!
How do you think you are doing in relation to your fellow competitors?
I guess I am doing well.

Autumn, she is probably going to win. Call it a gut feeling.
What do you think your fellow competitors think of you (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?
