What did you think of today's challenge?
It was OK, I just wasn't thinking properly.
What did you prepare today?
Dover sole; crab mashed potatoes with haricot verts?? A beure blanc sauce and mustard demi.
How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?
Did mediocre—wish I wouldn't have broken my sauce or forgot to cut my beans.
What was the highlight of the day's events?
For me, when it ended. I was mentally exhausted from second guessing myself.
Are there any lessons you took away from today?
Just cook, don't over-think.
What was the most constructive or interesting piece of feedback you heard from the judges?
Take the sunglasses off.
How do you think you are doing in relation to your fellow competitors?
I feel I slipped a notch, which had to happen sooner or latter.
Who do you think is faring the best and why (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?
Seems Sara is currently doing the best in the judges eyes.
What do you think your fellow competitors think of you (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?
I know a few think I am good, but I believe today showed them I wasn't perfect but instead human just like them.
