Mushroom duxelle; Albacore sashimi; chicken stir-fry.
How do you think you did? Is there anything you wish you'd done better?
Thought I did good, but the judges didn't.
What was the highlight of the day's events?
Just missing the 86 pan by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin.
Are there any lessons you took away from today?
Yeah, my gut is always right.
What was the most constructive or interesting piece of feedback you heard from the judges?

How do you think you are doing in relation to your fellow competitors?
Crappy, two strikes in a row — figure I have one more.
Who do you think is faring the best and why (we recognize this changes from day-to-day)?
