Yes, engines are more efficient now than they were. Go back to
1970, it's probably 30+ percent better. Even going back 20-odd
years, it's 25 percent better. So steady improvements and, as
I said, we expect that improvement path to continue to
evolve—lot of possibilities.
And the reason is that they're very complicated devices. The
more we understand them, the better we can engineer them, we
get new options, tougher materials, better lubricants, we
learn how to control them better, we get sensors that let us
do that. Lots of technologies contribute and bit by bit by
bit, these all get incorporated.
