A lot of people ask, "The market's going to grow. How do we minimize the negative impacts of that?" And raise questions—"Are there different technologies that would make sense for China and India?" It's not obvious at this point that there are. So it's really using the best of the affordable technology - smaller, lighter vehicles—and then, I think, providing alternatives so that these countries don't become dependent on the private vehicle to quite the same extent that the US and Western Europe have become. So those are very big questions, because just expanding European-, Japanese-size vehicles into China and India and other parts of the world that are growing rapidly, we are still going to consume a lot of fuel.
