To do it without a government support would be very, very
difficult; we would never have been where we are today here in
Iceland if it wouldn't have the positive attitude of the
government. And I would not, you know- everywhere you
see those steps being taken. Like in Germany they have a very,
very strong government backing, Japan—very, very strong
backing. That's why these hubs are popping up in those
countries. It's Iceland, it's Germany, it's Japan. There's
beginning activity in Norway now and that's because they have
very strong government support and you need that verbally,
economically and incentives.
