Wonder #7 History Clue

This Wonder was located in a city founded by Alexander the Great, who established it as the new capital of Egypt. It was later ruled by Ptolemy Soter, who started the construction of this monument. Ptolemy's reign ushered in the golden age for the city that housed this great Wonder.
